It is our great pleasure and honour for Korea to host the 9th Asian Conference on Lactic Acid Bacteria (ACLAB9) which will take place under the general theme of “LAB Era: Blooming in Science, Industry, and the Public” at Kimdaejung convention center in Gwangju on July 3-5, 2017.

This conference will be the primary platform for presenting new scientific advances by covering various issues on the roles and industrial applications of lactic acid bacteria.

The conference is aimed at bringing together a wide variety of world-renowned experts in the field of LAB with the purpose to show the latest research findings, to exchange experience and to stimulate further interaction.
